Ø  Remember Rebels you are NOT ALLOWED to sell candy or any products for personal gain. This means if you are selling anything for other organizations other than a South High Club or Sport your product will be confiscated

Ø  ATTN ALL JUNIORS & SENIORS:  Prom is around the corner…and NOW is the time to clear up your money owed screen including any athletic equipment, all books must be returned to textbook room. Pay at the Finance Office window and please have your current school ID, before & after school or during your lunch.

Ø  The Junior Prom Committee will be meeting during 5^th lunch today, in room D27

Ø  ALL REBELS:  Come support the boys soccer team today, for their Senior Night as they face the 1^st place Mira Monte Lions, Our Rebels need a win for a 5th consecutive SEYL title!  All those with current high school ID’s will be charged a reduced price.

Ø  Did you know that Negro History Week was created by Carter G. Woodson, an African-American historian, scholar, educator, & publisher in 1926?  February was chosen to correspond with the birthdays of Frederick Douglass & Abraham Lincoln. Negro History Week became a month-long celebration in 1976.
