To participate in athletics, all student-athletes must be fully cleared through SportsNet.

If you already have a SportsNet account, please log in to update your information and upload a current physical.
If you are new to Spartan Athletics, you will need to create a SportsNet account to begin the clearance process.

Free Physicals Available for KHSD Student-Athletes

Priority Urgent Care is continuing to offer free sports physicals for all KHSD student-athletes and is eager to support our Spartan community.

To streamline the process, please follow these steps:

Log in to your SportsNet account and print the physical form to bring with you.
After the physical is completed, upload the signed form back into SportsNet.
To save time during your visit, you can complete the online paperwork in advance at visit priority661.com.
